No dia a dia você irá:

  • Desenvolver o time de cobrança e garantir o atingimento de metas.
  • Supervisionar a régua de cobrança e conduzir negociações diretas com escolas e contas estratégicas.
  • Monitorar KPIs financeiros (produtividade, recuperação, inadimplência, etc) e reportar resultados à gestão.
  • Alinhar estratégias com os times de Clientes e Atendimento para preservar a relação com os clientes.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Finanças ou correlatas.
  • Vivência comprovada na liderança de equipes de cobrança B2B.
  • Domínio de KPIs da área, Excel avançado e uso de sistemas ERP (TOTVS, SAP ou similares).
  • Forte capacidade de negociação, comunicação assertiva e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no mercado educacional (editoras, edtechs ou sistemas de ensino).
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Financeira ou Negócios.
  • Conhecimento em réguas automatizadas de cobrança e trâmites legais/extrajudiciais (Serasa B2B e cartórios).
