Dann werde Teil unseres Kompetenzcenters Analytik. Hier vereinen wir die produktionsbegleitende Analytik von Rohstoffen und Aromen im Rahmen der Qualitätskontrolle mit den anspruchsvollen analytischen Aufgaben in der Entwicklung neuer Aromen.

In dieser Position liegt dein Fokus auf Analysenaufträgen aus der RnD, welche aus einer Mischung von Routineanalysen und der Entwicklung analytischer Lösungen für neue Matrices bestehen.

Your Mission

  • Unterstützung beim Flavour Matching / der Nachstellung von Aromen durch Analyse von Rohstoffen, Aromen und Fertigprodukten, mit Schwerpunkt auf flüchtigen Aromastoffen
  • Instrumentelle Analytik mittels GC–MS und HPLC, inklusive selbstständiger Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Eigenständige Durchführung ergänzender Analysenmethoden zur Charakterisierung neuer Aromen (Stammdatenanalytik)
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Methoden
  • Bedienung, Routinekontrollen und Mitwirkung bei der Wartung von Laborgeräten
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung qualitätsrelevanter Maßnahmen im Laboralltag
  • Unterstützung und aktive Mitwirkung in interdisziplinären Projekten innerhalb des Kompetenzcenters

Minimum Qualifications

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemielaborant/in oder Chemisch-Technische/r Assistent/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Laborbetrieb (vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Aromen, Lebensmittel, Getränke oder Chemie)
  • Fundierte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in der Chromatographie, insbesondere GC (bevorzugt GC–MS) und/oder HPLC
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365, insbesondere Excel
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau

Preferred Qualifications

  • Erfahrung mit Aromen, Aromachemikalien oder natürlichen Rohstoffen
  • Verständnis für Aromazusammensetzungen und Aromaprofile
  • Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit F&E- oder Aromaentwicklungsteams
