In dieser Position unterstützt du die Entwicklung und Skalierung innovativer Aromatechnologien. Du setzt wissenschaftliche Ideen in praxistaugliche und marktfähige Prozesse um – vom Labor bis zur Pilotproduktion.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwickeln und Testen von innovativen Aromaträgersystemen und Inhaltsstofftechnologien
  • Durchführung von Pilotversuchen: Sprühtrocknung, Mischung, Verkapselung, Extraktion, Agglomeration, Granulierung und Flüssigkeitsverarbeitung
  • Bewerten von Trägersystemen und Matrices in Bezug auf Verkapselungseffizienz, Aromafreisetzung und Stabilität
  • Analysieren der chemisch-physikalischen Eigenschaften neuer Aromenformulierungen (z. B. Partikelgröße, Restfeuchte, Schüttdichte)
  • Entwickeln von Extraktionsprozessen für natürliche Aromen
  • Durchführen von Machbarkeitsstudien und Proof-of-Concept-Tests
  • Erzeugen von Daten zur Unterstützung von Kommerzialisierungsentscheidungen
  • Unterstützen des Technologietransfers und der Skalierung für Produktion und externe Partner
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung zur Lösung von Formulierungs- und Verarbeitungsherausforderungen
  • Dokumentieren der experimentellen Arbeit, Auswerten der Ergebnisse und Kommunizieren der Erkenntnisse an Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellen eines sicheren, organisierten und konformen Laborumfelds

Minimum Qualifikationen

  • Abschluss in Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Chemieingenieurwesen, Chemie oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Lebensmittel-/Aromatechnologie, Verkapselung, Sprühtrocknung oder verwandten Verfahren.
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Labor- und Pilotversuchen.
  • Sichere technische Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Führerschein Klasse B für Experimente mit externen Partnern.

Vorteilhafte Qualifikationen

  • Kenntnisse in analytischen Techniken (Partikelgrößenanalyse, Feuchtigkeitsbestimmung, Schüttdichte).
  • Erfahrung mit Verkapselungseffizienz-Tests oder Stabilitätsstudien.
