Role description

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our vape liquid flavor products, and identifying new market opportunities. This role works closely with customers, R&D, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, achieve sales targets, and support the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Your Mission

  • Drive Sales Performance Promote our vape liquid flavor products, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales revenue and profit targets.
  • Build & Maintain Customer Relationships Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand & Support Customer Needs Respond promptly to customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations and support.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams Work closely with the R&D and Technical teams to align customer feedback and market needs with product development initiatives.
  • Support Business Growth & Brand Development Contribute to the company's priorities, strategic goals, and brand growth through proactive customer engagement and market expansion efforts.
  • Maintain Operational & Quality Excellence Support daily business operations, adhere to the quality management system, and ensure professional execution of all responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in building relationships and interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
  • Willing to travel for customer visits, business meetings, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tobacco, vape, flavor, FMCG, or related industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to adapt quickly to market trends and changing business priorities.
