Für unser HR-Team suchen wir ein zuverlässiges Organisationstalent für die Entgeltabrechnung (30–40%). In dieser Rolle bist du das Qualitätssicherungs-Herzstück unserer monatlichen Payroll: Du steuerst die Schnittstelle zu unseren externen Abrechnungspartnern, hast gesetzliche Fristen fest im Griff und bist die vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei allen Fragen zu Gehalt. Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail optimierst du bestehende Abläufe kontinuierlich und sorgst für reibungslose HR-Prozesse. Dich erwartet eine vielseitige Teilzeitrolle in einem hochmodernen Umfeld mit erstklassigem Campus (inkl. Gym, Lounge & Game Room) und ein Team, das deinen Einsatz zu schätzen weiß.

Your Mission

  • Du begleitest die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung mit unseren externen Payroll-Dienstleistern und dem lokalen HR-Team, prüfst die Ergebnisse und sorgst für eine rechtskonforme Umsetzung.
  • Du stellst eine hohe Qualität in der Abrechnung sicher und behältst alle relevanten Fristen, Meldungen und Prozesse im Blick.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei allen Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung und die Zeiterfassung.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter, um Effizienz und Qualität zu steigern.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung mit.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
  • Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools (z.B. Personio, Leapsome) und Prozessoptimierungen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
