Als Produktionsmitarbeiter übernimmst du vielseitige Aufgaben – von der Herstellung verschiedener Aromen bis hin zur Wartung der Produktionsanlagen. Wenn du eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, technisches Verständnis und Teamgeist mitbringst, freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

Your Mission

  • Industrielle Herstellung unterschiedlicher chemischer Produkte nach Rezept
  • Befüll-, Entleer- und Umfüllarbeiten (Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen)
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten an den Produktionsmaschinen
  • Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Hygiene sowie die Einhaltung hoher Standards bzgl. Umweltschutz
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen in Bezug auf Effizienz, Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität
  • Bedienen von Flurförderfahrzeugen

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im technischen, chemischen oder lebensmitteltechnischen Bereich (z. B. Produktionsfachkraft Chemie, Fachkraft Lebensmitteltechnik) oder Quereinsteiger mit Produktionserfahrung
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schichtsystem Früh/Spät im Wochenwechsel, Montag - Freitag)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Computerkenntnisse von Vorteil
