A Uau Plástica atua desde 2021 no mercado de intermediação de procedimentos cirúrgicos, com especialização em cirurgia plástica a partir de 2023. Possui unidades em Salvador, Feira de Santana, Aracaju, Petrolina e Recife.

Com atendimento humanizado e foco na realização dos objetivos de suas pacientes, a empresa conta com uma equipe integrada, comprometida com o acolhimento, a qualidade do relacionamento e o acompanhamento personalizado durante toda a jornada da paciente.

ATIVIDADES A SEREM REALIZADAS:

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo às pacientes, desde o primeiro contato até a realização da cirurgia.
  • Atender leads disponibilizados pela empresa e realizar captação ativa de novas pacientes.
  • Apresentar os serviços oferecidos, esclarecer dúvidas e conduzir negociações comerciais.
  • Realizar o cadastro das pacientes no sistema e manter as informações atualizadas.
  • Agendar consultas médicas e acompanhar presencialmente as pacientes nos consultórios parceiros.
  • Elaborar e apresentar orçamentos de procedimentos cirúrgicos.
  • Conduzir negociações, esclarecer objeções e realizar o fechamento das vendas.
  • Registrar as vendas e acompanhar as etapas do processo comercial no sistema.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento das pacientes durante o período de pagamento e preparação para a cirurgia.
  • Organizar planilhas de controle para acompanhamento de pagamentos, pendências e retornos.
  • Utilizar redes sociais, especialmente o Instagram, para divulgação dos serviços, relacionamento e captação de novas pacientes.
  • Produzir e participar de conteúdos digitais relacionados aos serviços e atendimentos da empresa.
  • Manter comunicação contínua com as pacientes, garantindo acolhimento e acompanhamento ao longo de sua jornada.

DADOS EMPRESA CONTRATANTE:

  • Empresa: Uau Plástica.
  • Local de Trabalho: Feira de Santana – BA.
  • Modelo de Contratação: CLT.
  • Jornada de Trabalho: 44 horas semanais, com disponibilidade para acompanhamento de pacientes em consultórios médicos e flexibilidade de horários conforme a operação.
  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência com vendas, independentemente do segmento de atuação.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel para elaboração e atualização de planilhas simples.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Feira de Santana – BA.
  • Disponibilidade para acompanhar pacientes em consultas médicas, considerando eventuais variações de horário.
  • Salário R$ 1.820,00.
  • Vale-transporte.
  • Vale-alimentação R$ 15,00 por dia.
  • Comissionamento variável conforme desempenho comercial.
