ATIVIDADES A SEREM REALIZADAS:

  • Representar a marca Alfredo’Ro com postura, gentileza e entusiasmo.
  • Oferecer atendimento humanizado e encantador, seguindo os padrões da casa.
  • Conhecer a história, pratos e bebidas, orientando clientes com segurança e promovendo venda consultiva.
  • Servir alimentos e bebidas com precisão e elegância, conforme protocolo.
  • Atuar como Trancher, finalizando pratos à mesa, quando solicitado.
  • Registrar pedidos corretamente e garantir sua comunicação à cozinha e ao bar.
  • Manter organização, limpeza e mise en place do salão conforme padrões.
  • Zelar pela limpeza das mesas e apresentação do salão.
  • Informar o líder sobre qualquer item fora de padrão.
  • Estimular e coletar feedbacks dos clientes para melhoria contínua.
  • Defender a cultura e valores da marca, promovendo colaboração e alto desempenho.
  • Apoiar funções diversas no salão e cozinha, como limpeza e suporte ao bar.
