As Fazendas Reunidas Santa Maria possuem mais de 50 anos de atuação na agropecuária, com atividades voltadas à criação de bovinos, seleção genética da raça Nelore, criação de equinos e agricultura.

Desde 2020, a empresa vem investindo em modernização, tecnologia, melhoramento genético e aprimoramento de seus processos de gestão, fortalecendo sua atuação na pecuária de raça.

ATIVIDADES A SEREM REALIZADAS:

  • Supervisionar o manejo do rebanho a pasto, incluindo organização e movimentação dos lotes, pesagens e acompanhamento sanitário.
  • Coordenar as atividades da equipe de vaqueiros, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando sua execução.
  • Acompanhar os programas de melhoramento genético e as avaliações dos animais, apoiando as decisões de seleção e acasalamento.
  • Planejar e acompanhar o calendário reprodutivo e a execução dos protocolos de reprodução, em conjunto com os profissionais responsáveis.
  • Acompanhar os resultados reprodutivos, as gestações, os partos e o desenvolvimento dos bezerros.
  • Garantir a atualização da escrituração zootécnica, dos registros genealógicos e das informações exigidas pelos programas de melhoramento genético.
  • Acompanhar a nutrição dos animais, o fornecimento de suplementos e a disponibilidade de água.
  • Planejar e acompanhar o uso, a manutenção e a recuperação das pastagens.
  • Monitorar as condições e o desempenho dos animais em confinamento.
  • Acompanhar indicadores zootécnicos, reprodutivos e produtivos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Manter relacionamento com consultores, médicos-veterinários, técnicos e fornecedores envolvidos nas atividades.
  • Zelar pelas boas práticas de manejo, pelo bem-estar animal e pela segurança das equipes.

DADOS EMPRESA CONTRATANTE:

  • Empresa: Fazendas Reunidas Santa Maria.
  • Local de Trabalho: Vale do Jequitinhonha – MG.
  • Modelo de Contratação: CLT.
  • Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h às 17h, com intervalo das 11h às 13h; sábados, das 7h às 11h.
  • Graduação completa em Zootecnia ou Medicina Veterinária.
  • Experiência com manejo de bovinos de corte.
  • Experiência com planejamento de atividades e liderança de equipes.
  • Conhecimento básico a intermediário em Excel, incluindo elaboração e organização de planilhas.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas tecnológicas e sistemas informatizados.
  • Disponibilidade para residir e trabalhar no Vale do Jequitinhonha.
  • Diferencial ter experiência com manejo de gado de raça, especialmente Nelore.
  • Diferencial ter conhecimento em reprodução bovina e melhoramento genético.
  • Diferencial ter conhecimento dos programas ANCP, PMGZ e Geneplus.
  • Salário: R$ 6.000,00.
  • Vale-refeição de R$ 27,60 por dia trabalhado.
  • Veículo disponibilizado pela empresa.
  • Casa na fazenda e/ou aluguel fornecido pela empresa.
