Od ponad 20 lat dostarczamy nowoczesne rozwiązania technologiczne dla wiodących instytucji finansowych w Polsce i za granicą łącząc orientację biznesową z wysokimi standardami: posiadamy ISO, pracujemy zgodnie z DORA, RODO i wymaganiami branżowymi. Dodatkowo wykorzystujemy AI nie tylko do zwiększania efektywności, ale też do budowania nowych kompetencji i rozwijania nowoczesnych sposobów pracy.

Do naszego zespołu Data szukamy osoby, która będzie łączyć kompetencje Data Engineering z technicznym consultingiem, która potrafi szybko wejść w nowe środowisko, zrozumieć potrzeby biznesowe i techniczne oraz przełożyć je na konkretne rozwiązanie.

Rola obejmuje zarówno analizę i projektowanie rozwiązań, jak i ich implementację. Projekty będą dotyczyć m.in. hurtowni i platform danych, integracji danych, raportowania i BI oraz innych inicjatyw związanych z wykorzystaniem danych, w szczególności danych w procesach finansowych (bankowość, ubezpieczenia, leasing).

  • posiadasz praktyczne doświadczenie w obszarze Data Engineering, DWH, BI lub integracji danych,
  • bardzo dobrze znasz SQL oraz relacyjne bazy danych,
  • rozumiesz procesy ETL/ELT i przepływ danych od systemów źródłowych do warstwy analitycznej,
  • znasz podstawy modelowania danych,
  • potrafisz analizować istniejące struktury baz danych oraz systemy informatyczne,
  • samodzielnie rozwiązujesz problemy techniczne i skutecznie identyfikujesz ich przyczyny,
  • jesteś gotowy/-a do udziału w spotkaniach oraz warsztatach z klientami,
  • potrafisz przełożyć potrzeby biznesowe na konkretne rozwiązania techniczne,
  • swobodnie komunikujesz zagadnienia techniczne osobom nietechnicznym,
  • jesteś otwarty/-a na poznawanie nowych technologii i pracę przy różnorodnych projektach,
  • swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim.

Dodatkowym atutem będzie, jeśli posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy z:

  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Power BI,
  • Pythonem,
  • Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks i innymi rozwiązaniami DWH/Lakehouse,
  • rozwiązaniami chmurowymi i hybrydowymi,
  • Data Quality, Data Governance oraz Metadata Management.
  • projektować i implementować procesy integracji oraz transformacji danych,
  • budować, rozwijać i optymalizować procesy ETL/ELT,
  • pracować z relacyjnymi bazami danych, plikami, API oraz innymi źródłami danych,
  • tworzyć i rozwijać hurtownie danych oraz platformy danych,
  • projektować i rozwijać modele danych wspierające potrzeby biznesowe i analityczne,
  • przygotowywać dane na potrzeby raportowania, analiz i procesów decyzyjnych,
  • analizować istniejące środowiska, systemy oraz źródła danych,
  • uczestniczyć w analizach przedwdrożeniowych oraz projektowaniu nowych rozwiązań,
  • zbierać i analizować wymagania biznesowe oraz techniczne,
  • współtworzyć architekturę rozwiązań i projektować przepływy danych,
  • prowadzić lub współprowadzić warsztaty z klientami oraz zespołami IT,
  • przygotowywać dokumentację techniczną, diagramy i koncepcje rozwiązań,
  • prezentować oraz konsultować proponowane rozwiązania z interesariuszami technicznymi i biznesowymi,
  • współpracować z analitykami, architektami, developerami oraz przedstawicielami biznesu przy realizacji projektów danych.
