Od ponad 20 lat dostarczamy nowoczesne rozwiązania technologiczne dla wiodących instytucji finansowych w Polsce i za granicą łącząc orientację biznesową z wysokimi standardami: posiadamy ISO, pracujemy zgodnie z DORA, RODO i wymaganiami branżowymi. Dodatkowo wykorzystujemy AI nie tylko do zwiększania efektywności, ale też do budowania nowych kompetencji i rozwijania nowoczesnych sposobów pracy.

Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Business Analyst, która dobrze czuje się na styku biznesu i IT, potrafi porządkować złożone procesy i współtworzyć rozwiązania dla dużych organizacji (m.in. sektor finansowy i bankowy).

  • masz minimum 5 letnie doświadczenie w samodzielnej analizie biznesowej i systemowej oraz dokumentowaniu wymagań (przypadki użycia, scenariusze, user stories, kryteria akceptacji),
  • potrafisz jasno i precyzyjnie przekładać język biznesu na język techniczny,
  • masz rozwinięte zdolności analityczne i lubisz rozwiązywać złożone problemy,
  • pracujesz samodzielnie, dobrze organizujesz swoją pracę, ale równie dobrze czujesz się w pracy zespołowej,
  • umiesz prowadzić rozmowy z różnymi interesariuszami i zadawać trudne pytania,
  • znasz narzędzia takie jak Confluence, Jira oraz notacje UML, BPMN,
  • swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku angielskim (spotkania, dokumentacja).

Dodatkowo cenimy:

  • doświadczenie w projektach w obszarze bankowości lub finansów,
  • umiejętność facylitacji warsztatów z wykorzystaniem technik: Event Storming, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping, Domain Storytelling, Impact Mapping,
  • znajomość metodyk zwinnych (Scrum, Kanban) i pracy w środowisku produktowym,
  • wcześniejsze doświadczenie w konsultingu IT (audyt IT, strategie IT, optymalizacja IT).
  • doprecyzowywać cele biznesowe i potrzeby klienta – od pierwszych rozmów aż po gotowe wymagania,
  • wydobywać, dokumentować i walidować wymagania biznesowe (use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria),
  • przekładać wymagania biznesowe na wymagania systemowe we współpracy z architektami i zespołami developerskimi,
  • wspierać zespół wytwórczy w trakcie realizacji wdrożeń oraz klienta podczas uruchomienia i korzystania z rozwiązania,
  • analizować, jak funkcjonuje obszar IT u klienta i wskazywać możliwości optymalizacji procesów oraz systemów.
