The posting

For over 20 years, we have been delivering modern technology solutions for leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad, combining a business-oriented approach with high standards: we hold ISO certifications and work in compliance with DORA, GDPR and industry regulations. Additionally, we use AI not only to increase efficiency, but also to build new competencies and develop modern ways of working.

Join our Data Team as a professional who combines Data Engineering expertise with technical consulting skills. We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new environments, understand both business and technical requirements, and translate them into effective data solutions.

This role combines solution analysis and design with hands-on implementation. You will work on projects related to data warehouses and data platforms, data integration, reporting and BI, as well as other data-driven initiatives, particularly within financial services (banking, insurance, and leasing).

  • design and implement data integration and transformation processes,
  • build, enhance, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines,
  • work with relational databases, files, APIs, and other data sources,
  • develop and maintain data warehouses and data platforms,
  • design and develop data models supporting business and analytical needs,
  • prepare data for reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes,
  • analyze existing environments, systems, and data sources,
  • participate in pre-implementation analyses and solution design activities,
  • gather and analyze business and technical requirements,
  • contribute to solution architecture design and data flow modelling,
  • lead or co-lead workshops with clients and IT teams,
  • prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and solution concepts,
  • present and discuss proposed solutions with both technical and business stakeholders,
  • collaborate closely with analysts, architects, developers, and business representatives on data projects.
  • have practical experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing (DWH), Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Integration,
  • have strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases,
  • understand ETL/ELT processes and data flows from source systems to analytical layers,
  • have a good understanding of data modelling fundamentals,
  • can analyze existing database structures and IT systems,
  • are able to independently solve technical problems and identify their root causes,
  • are comfortable participating in client meetings and workshops,
  • can translate business requirements into technical solutions,
  • are confident explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences,
  • are eager to learn new technologies and work on a variety of projects,
  • communicate fluently in English.

Nice to have experience working with:

  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Power BI,
  • Python,
  • Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, and other DWH/Lakehouse solutions,
  • Cloud and hybrid environments,
  • Data Quality, Data Governance, and Metadata Management.
  • Stable B2B cooperation model,
  • The support of a technically strong team with over 20 years of experience in the regulated financial sector,
  • Collaboration with experienced Data experts,
  • A mature competency development ecosystem, including communities of practice and internal initiatives,
  • A friendly, non-corporate work environment with a partnership-based culture,
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options,
  • Conveniently located offices,
  • An employee referral bonus program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
