Aspiria es una empresa de servicios financieros digitales, que ayuda a incrementar el acceso a capital a los negocios de México a través de su plataforma en línea.

Nosotros buscamos como hacer llegar el capital de manera sencilla y rápida a los negocios mexicanos, los cuales son el motor de la economía.

Aspiria te invita a formar parte de su equipo de trabajo como:

CFO

Como CFO tendrás la oportunidad de liderar áreas como Tesorería, Contaduría y Finanzas. Crear y mejorar los procesos internos para la automatización de estos, buscar oportunidades de negocio para nuevos productos financieros, tener contacto directo con fondeadores, accionistas e inversionistas. Serás el responsable de la planeación económica y financiera de la institución, crear y administrar procesos para eficientar las áreas de contabilidad, tesorería y finanzas y aportar para la estrategia de capital de la empresa. Uno de los principales retos será la administración de capitales de la organización.

Desarrolla tus habilidades y adquiere mayor potencial:

-Análisis, interpretación y evaluación de los resultados financieros.

-Administración de líneas de fondeo activas de la organización.

-Desarrollar una infraestructura de informes financieros para tomar decisiones inteligentes.

-Monitoreo de riesgo de liquidez, coberturas cambiarias y auditorías internas.

-Seguimiento al proceso de adquisición de nuevas líneas de fondeo.

-Búsqueda de nuevos productos financieros.

-Establecer modelos financieros para todas las iniciativas nuevas.

-Contacto directo con fondeadores y proveedores.

-Mejoras en gastos operativos.

-Administración de capitales, riesgos financieros y operativos.

-Automatización y revisión de procesos internos.

-Coordinación del equipo de finanzas, tesorería y contaduría.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

  • Licenciatura en Finanzas, Ingeniería en Finanzas o afín.
  • Experiencia comprobable en contaduría, tesorería y finanzas. Inglés avanzado conversacional y de negocios.
  • Amplia experiencia en fondos de capital y deuda, nacionales e internacionales.
  • Altamente ingenioso e influyente con la capacidad de asociarse de manera efectiva con los líderes de otras áreas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Alto nivel de análisis para detección de mejoras en el desempeño financiero. Conocimiento en el manejo de distintos presupuestos.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia laboral en la creación e implementación de procesos y políticas.
  • Sólidas habilidades interpersonales con la capacidad de establecer una relación rápidamente, tanto interna como externamente.
