Gestor de Cobranza

Como Gestor de Cobranza en Aspiria trabajarás con un equipo multifuncional dentro del área de Cobranza/Legal realizando actividades como la cobranza telefónica temprana de los clientes, actividades administrativas como elaboración de reportes, seguimiento a convenios de pago, seguimiento a expedientes y el contacto directo con los clientes, buscando soluciones para no lastimar su perfil crediticio. El Gestor de Cobranza se encargará de apoyar al área legal en la coordinación de visitas y presencia en los juzgados en caso de necesitarlo.

Desarrolla tus habilidades y adquiere mayor potencial:

Atención telefónica a clientes para brindar el mejor servicio de cobranza.

  • Cobranza telefónica a créditos en etapa temprana. (Desde 15 y hasta 45 días vencidos)
  • Asistencia y apoyo en procesos administrativos del área.

Dar seguimiento puntual al proceso y convenios de los clientes.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

Licenciatura Terminada en Administración, Derecho, o afín.

  • 3 años de experiencia en cobranza telefónica y/o atención a clientes.
  • Manejo de bases de datos CRM.
  • Conocimientos en Office.
