The posting

Como Risk Ops en Aspiria trabajarás dentro del área de Riesgos como enlace entre Dictaminación y el equipo Comercial, dando seguimiento a las solicitudes de crédito y buscando que cada caso tenga una resolución clara y oportuna.

Tu principal responsabilidad será dar seguimiento y gestionar los casos de crédito, revisando las razones por las que una operación puede o no avanzar, cuestionando y sustentando casos cuando existan elementos para reconsiderarlos, así como trabajando con Ventas para identificar información, documentación o condiciones que permitan continuar con el proceso, siempre cuidando los criterios de riesgo de la Institución.

Desarrolla tus habilidades y adquiere mayor potencial:

  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de crédito durante el proceso de análisis y dictaminación.
  • Revisar y dar seguimiento a casos rechazados, condicionados o detenidos, identificando las razones de la resolución.
  • Analizar y sustentar casos que puedan ser reconsiderados con base en información adicional o nuevos elementos.
  • Trabajar directamente con Ventas para resolver dudas, solicitar información y definir acciones para el avance de los créditos.
  • Comunicar al equipo Comercial las razones y criterios detrás de las resoluciones de Riesgos.
  • Dar seguimiento a clientes y operaciones pendientes hasta su resolución.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la asignación de clientes y casos dentro del proceso.
  • Identificar casos detenidos, cuellos de botella y oportunidades de mejora en el flujo entre Ventas y Riesgos.
  • Mantener visibilidad y control sobre el estatus de las solicitudes asignadas.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

  • Experiencia en análisis de crédito, riesgos, operaciones de crédito o áreas relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento del proceso de originación, análisis y otorgamiento de créditos.
  • Capacidad de análisis y criterio para evaluar diferentes escenarios.
  • Habilidad para argumentar y sustentar casos con información objetiva.
  • Comunicación efectiva y capacidad de negociación.
  • Organización y seguimiento de múltiples casos de manera simultánea.
  • Facilidad para trabajar de manera transversal con equipos Comerciales y de Riesgos.
