Desarrollador(a) organizacional:

En Aspiria trabajarás fortaleciendo la estructura, identidad y funcionamiento interno de Aspiria a través del diseño de políticas, procedimientos y programas de capacitación que permitan una operación ordenada y consistente, asegurando que cada colaborador cuente con lo necesario para desempeñar su función según su nivel jerárquico.

Desarrolla tus habilidades y adquiere mayor potencial:

  • Diseñar e impartir programas de capacitación por rol y nivel jerárquico, asegurando que el equipo cuente con el conocimiento y las herramientas necesarias para desempeñar sus funciones.
  • Desarrollo y ejecución de planes de acción derivados de encuestas de clima laboral.
  • Detectar necesidades de formación por área.
  • Dar seguimiento breve al colaborador de nuevo ingreso durante sus primeros meses (mes 1, 2 y 3), para validar que la capacitación recibida sea suficiente para su función y ajustar lo necesario antes de confirmar su ingreso a planta.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer la identidad empresarial: valores, misión y visión vividos en el día a día, no solo comunicados.
  • Diseñar iniciativas internas (búsqueda de capacitaciones, crecimiento de áreas y buscar métodos para mejorar el clima laboral) que refuercen el sentido de pertenencia y la cohesión del equipo.
  • Diseñar, actualizar y documentar las políticas de personal de la empresa.
  • Documentar los procedimientos operativos que permiten el funcionamiento ordenado de la empresa, asegurando que estén disponibles y actualizados.
  • Mantener un repositorio único y accesible de políticas y procedimientos.
  • Definir y dar seguimiento a lo que cada colaborador requiere para realizar sus funciones según su puesto y nivel: capacitación específica, equipo de trabajo, equipo de seguridad, accesos y demás recursos necesarios.
  • Coordinar con las áreas correspondientes la entrega oportuna de estos recursos a cada nuevo ingreso o ante cambios de puesto.

¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

  • Licenciatura en Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Recursos Humanos, o afín.
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Desarrollo Organizacional, idealmente diseñando políticas, procedimientos y programas de capacitación.
  • Habilidad de documentación y estandarización de procesos.
  • Habilidades de facilitación para diseñar e impartir capacitación.
  • Capacidad de trabajar directamente con Dirección General.
