Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigene Kunden übernehmen: Du übernimmst neu gewonnene Kunden, führst den Projekt-Kick-off durch und begleitest sie durch die gesamte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Projekte zum Erfolg führen: Du führst regelmäßige Abstimmungsgespräche, behältst den Projektstand im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass deine Kunden erfolgreich mit uns zusammenarbeiten.
  • Interne Experten koordinieren: Du steuerst unsere Expert aus Marketing und Recruiting und sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden.
  • Kunden langfristig binden: Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter, sorgst für Vertragsverlängerungen und baust langfristige Jahresverträge auf.
  • Weitere Potenziale erkennen: Du verstehst die Ziele und Herausforderungen deiner Kunden und identifizierst weitere passende Marketing- und Recruiting-Leistungen.
  • Empfehlungen & Referenzen gewinnen: Du machst zufriedene Kunden zu Empfehlern und gewinnst Referenzen und neue Kontakte.

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Account Management, Vertrieb oder in der Kundenberatung gesammelt.
  • Vertriebliches Gespür: Du erkennst Potenziale und hast Spaß daran, Kundenbeziehungen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du trittst sicher auf, kommunizierst klar und kannst Kunden von deinen Empfehlungen überzeugen.
  • Organisation: Du behältst auch bei mehreren Kunden und Projekten den Überblick. Eigenverantwortung: Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst mit und übernimmst Verantwortung.
