  • Marketingkonzepte entwickeln. Du entwickelst Leitideen für Websites, Employer-Branding-Projekte und Marketingkampagnen – von der ersten Idee bis zum fertigen Konzept.
  • Zielgruppen verstehen. Du analysierst Zielgruppen, wertest Interviews und Insights aus und entwickelst Botschaften, die Menschen wirklich überzeugen.
  • Websites konzipieren. Du entwickelst Seitenstrukturen, Nutzerführungen und Inhalte für Websites und Karriereseiten – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Nutzererlebnis und Conversion.
  • Botschaften formulieren. Du entwickelst Tonalitäten, schreibst überzeugende Texte für Websites, Social Media und Kampagnen und sorgst für eine konsistente Kommunikation.
  • Kreative Produktionen vorbereiten. Du entwickelst Konzepte, Storyboards und Skripte für Foto- und Videoproduktionen und arbeitest dabei eng mit Kreation und Design zusammen.
  • KI gezielt einsetzen. KI unterstützt dich bei der operativen Erstellung von Texten und Konzepten. Dein Fokus liegt auf kreativen Ideen, strategischer Richtung und dem Feinschliff.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Copywriting, Employer Branding oder in der Entwicklung von Kommunikations- und Marketingkonzepten.
  • Ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien, Sprachwissenschaften, Journalismus, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet ist ein Plus – wichtiger ist uns deine Denkweise.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Sprache, Tonalität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar und überzeugend zu vermitteln.
  • Interesse an Psychologie, Zielgruppenanalyse und der Frage, warum Menschen Entscheidungen treffen.
  • Kreativität und die Fähigkeit, aus Erkenntnissen originelle Leitideen, Kommunikationskonzepte und Botschaften zu entwickeln.
  • KI ist für dich ein Werkzeug, um schneller und besser zu arbeiten – den entscheidenden Unterschied machst du mit deinen Ideen und deinem Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie der Anspruch, Konzepte und Texte so lange zu schärfen, bis sie wirklich überzeugen.
