Deine Aufgaben

  • Im 12-Wochen-Intensiv-Onboarding lernst du unser Sales-System von Grund auf kennen – von der Recherche über Gesprächsführung bis zum Abschluss
  • Du lernst, wie man ausgewählte Zielunternehmen systematisch bearbeitet – kein Massenvertrieb, sondern fokussierte Account-Strategie
  • Du lernst, Entscheiderstrukturen zu recherchieren und den Kunden in der Tiefe zu verstehen: Wer sind die richtigen Ansprechpartner? Welchen Personalbedarf haben sie?
  • Schritt für Schritt übernimmst du erste Kontaktaufnahmen und vereinbarst Vorqualifizierungsgespräche – mit intensivem Feedback und Coaching
  • Du führst Gespräche, stellst unsere KI-basierten Recruiting-Lösungen vor und bewertest gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen, ob und wie wir helfen können
  • Du lernst, wie professionelles Follow-up funktioniert – viele Unternehmen waren bereits im Prozess, der Zeitpunkt passte nur noch nicht
  • Du begleitest den Prozess von der Erstansprache bis zum finalen Strategiegespräch und Abschluss oder Übergabe an den Account Manager

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium abgeschlossen und damit gezeigt, dass du Dinge durchziehst und eine gewisse Konstanz in deinem Lebenslauf mitbringst
  • Quereinsteiger ausdrücklich willkommen – du brauchst keine Sales-Erfahrung, aber die richtige Einstellung und den Willen, das System zu lernen
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und traust dich, auch mit Geschäftsführern zu sprechen – Empathie und Überzeugungskraft entwickelst du bei uns
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit klaren Strukturen und Prozessen – und verstehst, dass Erfolg auf erprobten Systemen aufbaut
  • Hohe Disziplin und Durchhaltevermögen – Sales bedeutet auch, dranzubleiben, wenn's mal nicht sofort klappt
  • Du suchst aktiv Feedback und setzt es konsequent um – so wirst du am schnellsten besser
