Deine Aufgaben

  • Marketingstrategien entwickeln. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden entwickelst du Positionierungen, kreative Leitideen und Kommunikationsstrategien als Grundlage für erfolgreiche Projekte.
  • Projekte verantworten. Du übernimmst die strategische und inhaltliche Verantwortung für Employer-Branding-, Recruiting- und Marketingprojekte – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Teams fachlich steuern. Du koordinierst Marketing, Konzeption und Design und sorgst dafür, dass alle Maßnahmen einer gemeinsamen Strategie folgen.
  • Konzepte schärfen. Du hinterfragst Ideen, gibst Feedback auf Konzepte, Texte und Designs und stellst sicher, dass die Qualität bis ins Detail stimmt.
  • Kunden beraten. Gemeinsam mit dem Account Manager moderierst du Workshops, präsentierst Konzepte und entwickelst mit unseren Kunden passende Lösungen
  • Ergebnisse weiterentwickeln. Du analysierst Ergebnisse, leitest strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab und entwickelst Projekte kontinuierlich weiter.

Dein Profil

  • Ob mit rund zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung oder als erfahrener Marketing-Stratege – entscheidend ist für uns nicht deine Erfahrung, sondern dein Talent & Anspruch, außergewöhnliche Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln.
  • Du hast bereits Marketing- oder Kommunikationsstrategien entwickelt oder das Potenzial und den Willen, genau darin außergewöhnlich gut zu werden.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie die Fähigkeit, Ideen verständlich zu präsentieren und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln. (Remote)
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Zielgruppen, Positionierung und kreative Leitideen. Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Projekte inhaltlich zu führen.
  • KI ist für dich ein Werkzeug, um schneller und besser zu arbeiten: den Unterschied machst du mit deinen Ideen, deiner strategischen Denkweise und deinem Qualitätsanspruch.
