Pour mettre en œuvre ses actions d’accompagnement, Gammes emploie 800 collaborateurs salariés et 335 salariés en insertion qui collaborent avec 235 bénévoles.

Dans le cadre de ses activités, Gammes recrute un(e) AIDE A DOMICILE – H/F

Vous souhaitez exercer un métier qui a du sens et vous engager auprès de personnes âgées, en situation de handicap ou en perte d’autonomie ? Rejoignez notre équipe en tant qu’Aide à Domicile au sein du pôle Autonomie à Domicile – Santé, et participez activement au maintien du bien-être et de l’autonomie des bénéficiaires à leur domicile.

Missions principales :

En lien étroit avec la cadre aide, la care manager et une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous interviendrez directement au domicile des patients pour leur apporter un accompagnement personnalisé, respectueux et bienveillant.

Vous répondrez aux besoins des bénéficiaires pour préserver leur bien-être et leur autonomie dans leurs activités et actes essentiels du quotidien.

Vos missions principales seront :

· Assurer l’entretien courant du logement et du linge

· Aider à la préparation et à la prise des repas

· Accompagner les bénéficiaires lors de leurs sorties : courses, rendez-vous médicaux, activités de loisirs

· Soutenir dans les démarches administratives simples

· Écouter, dialoguer, instaurer une relation de confiance avec la personne aidée et son entourage

Profil :

Vous avez une première expérience dans l’aide à domicile ou dans le secteur médico-social, ou vous souhaitez vous investir dans un métier profondément humain. Nous recherchons une personne :

· Discrète, patiente, bienveillante et à l’écoute

· Autonome, rigoureuse, avec un bon sens de l’organisation

· Capable de s’adapter aux besoins spécifiques de chaque bénéficiaire

Le permis B et un véhicule personnel sont souhaités selon les missions à effectuer.

Intégrer notre structure, c’est rejoindre une association engagée dans le soin et l’accompagnement à domicile, dans le cadre des nouveaux Services Autonomie à Domicile.

Rémunération : À partir de 21 622 € brut par an.

Cette rémunération de base peut être complétée par des Éléments Complémentaires de Rémunération, conformément à la Convention collective de la Branche de l’Aide à Domicile, qui valorise notamment les diplômes, l’ancienneté et les astreintes effectuées.
