The posting

El Rol: En Astara estamos en busca de un(a) Analista de Trade Marketing Retail para la ciudad de La Paz, con el desafío de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing comercial que impulsen el posicionamiento de nuestras marcas, la generación de demanda y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio.

Principales Funciones:

  • Elaborar y ejecutar el plan anual de marketing de las marcas asignadas, alineado a los objetivos comerciales.
  • Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto de marketing, realizando seguimiento a inversiones, ejecución y resultados.
  • Diseñar y coordinar campañas comerciales y de comunicación, tanto offline como digitales.
  • Desarrollar estrategias y acciones de Marketing para retail, buscando mejorar la experiencia del cliente y potenciar la conversión.
  • Coordinar la producción, implementación y distribución de materiales POP, piezas de comunicación y elementos de visibilidad de marca.
  • Elaborar briefs de campañas, productos y lanzamientos para agencias, equipos comerciales y otros stakeholders.
  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a agencias de marketing, proveedores y aliados estratégicos, asegurando calidad, tiempos y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar eventos, lanzamientos, activaciones y experiencias de marca.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de gestión, inversión y resultados para la toma de decisiones.
  • Dar seguimiento a tendencias de mercado, consumidor y competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades de marketing.

¿Qué te pedimos?

  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de Marketing, Trade Marketing, Marketing Comercial o similares.
  • Será altamente valorada la experiencia en el rubro automotriz.
  • Experiencia en planificación y ejecución de campañas de marketing.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia en marketing digital, redes sociales y gestión de campañas.
  • Experiencia en Trade Marketing, punto de venta, materiales POP y activaciones comerciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos y proveedores.
  • Experiencia trabajando con agencias creativas, digitales, BTL y/o medios.
  • Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Inglés: deseable.
