Funciones a desarrollar:

  • Garantizar un canal abierto y constante de comunicación con la red de concesionarios y clientes finales como soporte del producto.
  • Identificar de forma rápida los problemas de productos, informar a las fábricas y hacer seguimiento, verificando el desempeño de los productos.
  • Asegurar el desarrollo y culminación de las Campañas Mandatorias (Recalls) que envía la fábrica.
  • Asegurar el trámite oportuno de las garantías de fábrica, buscando la efectividad del proceso y la optimización de los recursos.
  • Asegurar que las informaciones de servicio lleguen a las personas adecuadas en forma oportuna.
  • Evaluar los procedimientos de taller y buscar su optimización.
  • Asegurar que la capacitación del personal esté al día.
  • Diseño y desarrollo de estrategias para la comercialización de repuestos y accesorios.
  • Supervisar continuamente el soporte técnico sobre la información de disponibilidad de repuestos y accesorios.
  • Asesorar a la red de concesionarios sobre el adecuado inventario de repuestos y accesorios a mantener, para la atención del parque automotor de la zona.
  • Asesorar a la red de concesionarios sobre el adecuado inventario de herramientas especiales, manuales y equipos a mantener, para la atención del parque automotor de la zona.
  • Capacitar a la red en las diferentes áreas.

PERFIL PROFESIONAL:

Requerimientos:

- Técnico o Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Excel avanzado y conocimiento en SAP

Alta competencia de planificación, orientación al detalle y atención al cliente

- Importante tener interés y conocimientos técnicos en vehículos.
