A função

Procuramos um(a) Rececionista de Após-Venda para integrar a nossa equipa, assumindo um papel fundamental no acolhimento e acompanhamento dos clientes, desde a receção da viatura até à conclusão do serviço.

Este profissional será responsável por assegurar um atendimento de excelência, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz entre clientes, equipa técnica e restantes áreas da oficina, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva e para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Receber e atender clientes na oficina, assegurando um acolhimento cordial e profissional;
  • Efetuar a receção das viaturas e identificar as necessidades dos clientes;
  • Gerir e agendar marcações de serviços e reparações;
  • Elaborar e registar ordens de reparação, assegurando o respetivo acompanhamento administrativo;
  • Informar os clientes sobre os serviços a realizar, prazos, custos estimados e estado das intervenções;
  • Gerir chamadas telefónicas, e-mails e outros contactos com clientes;
  • Apoiar na elaboração de orçamentos e na emissão de faturas e documentação associada;
  • Manter atualizados os registos informáticos e a documentação da oficina;
  • Assegurar a articulação entre clientes, equipa técnica e responsável de após-venda;
  • Contribuir para a qualidade do serviço prestado e para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.

Perfil e competências

  • Forte orientação para o cliente e para a qualidade do atendimento;
  • Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de escuta ativa e identificação das necessidades dos clientes;
  • Organização, sentido de responsabilidade e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Capacidade de gestão de prioridades e resolução de problemas;
  • Espírito de equipa e facilidade de relacionamento com diferentes interlocutores;
  • Proatividade, dinamismo e capacidade de iniciativa;
  • Orientação para objetivos e resultados.

Experiência e qualificações

  • Habilitações literárias mínimas: 12.º ano de escolaridade;
  • Experiência profissional em funções de atendimento ao público e contacto com clientes;
  • Experiência em elaboração de orçamentos e acompanhamento de processos administrativos (preferencial);
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel e Word;
  • Experiência em receção de oficinas, Rent-a-Car ou atendimento em grandes superfícies (preferencial);
  • Conhecimentos de sistemas DMS, nomeadamente Auto-Line (preferencial);
  • Carta de condução.
