EL ROL:

En Astara estamos en búsqueda de un/a Auxiliar de Almacén, responsable de apoyar la gestión operativa del almacén, asegurando la correcta recepción, almacenamiento, preparación, control y despacho de repuestos, así como el orden y trazabilidad del inventario para garantizar una atención oportuna a nuestros talleres, sucursales y clientes.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Recibir, almacenar y ubicar repuestos e insumos de acuerdo con los procedimientos y criterios establecidos.
  • Preparar y despachar repuestos solicitados por talleres, sucursales, seguros y áreas internas, verificando cantidades y documentación.
  • Realizar entregas de repuestos asegurando la correcta trazabilidad y registro de los movimientos.
  • Participar en inventarios físicos y conteos cíclicos, identificando y reportando diferencias, daños o faltantes.
  • Atender consultas sobre disponibilidad, ubicación y estado de los repuestos, brindando información oportuna a las áreas solicitantes.
  • Mantener el almacén organizado, limpio y seguro, facilitando el acceso y la correcta conservación de los repuestos.
  • Informar oportunamente cualquier incidencia que pueda afectar la disponibilidad de repuestos o la continuidad de la operación.
  • Cumplir los procedimientos, políticas y lineamientos de seguridad y operación establecidos por la empresa.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formación: Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Técnico Medio en Administración de Empresas, Logística o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en almacenes, logística o posiciones operativas similares. Deseable experiencia en el rubro automotriz o manejo de repuestos.
  • Conocimientos: Manejo y control de inventarios, almacenamiento, preparación y despacho de productos. Deseable conocimiento de repuestos automotrices.
  • Competencias: Organización, atención al detalle, orientación al cliente interno, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de adaptación y orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.
