The posting

El Rol En Astara estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas para Mercedes-Benz, quien será responsable de representar la marca y acompañar a nuestros clientes en una experiencia de compra basada en la excelencia, la confianza y la atención personalizada.

Tu misión será comprender las necesidades y expectativas de cada cliente, asesorarlo de manera consultiva y ofrecerle la solución de movilidad que mejor se adapte a su estilo de vida, construyendo relaciones de largo plazo que reflejen los estándares y valores de Mercedes-Benz.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Cumplir los objetivos comerciales establecidos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas, rentabilidad, financiamiento y seguros.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento oportuno a los leads y oportunidades comerciales provenientes de los diferentes canales, buscando maximizar su conversión.
  • Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes mediante bases de datos, referidos, redes sociales, visitas comerciales y otras estrategias de generación de negocios.
  • Gestionar integralmente el proceso de venta, desde la cotización y negociación hasta el cierre y entrega del vehículo.
  • Elaborar y presentar cotizaciones, propuestas de financiamiento y alternativas de seguros, de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y oportunidades en el CRM y sistemas de gestión comercial, asegurando la trazabilidad de cada oportunidad.
  • Participar activamente en eventos, lanzamientos, ferias, activaciones y experiencias de marca.
  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del portafolio Mercedes-Benz, novedades de producto, tendencias del mercado y principales competidores.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas, en el sector automotriz.
  • Experiencia comprobada en prospección, negociación, cierre de ventas y fidelización de clientes.
  • Manejo de CRM y herramientas de gestión comercial.
  • Conocimientos de SAP (deseable).
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y relacionamiento interpersonal.
  • Orientación al cliente y capacidad para brindar una experiencia de servicio de alto nivel.
  • Pasión por el mundo automotriz y afinidad con marcas premium.
