En astara I Ovando nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un (a) GESTOR DE GARANTÍAS Y REPUESTOS para la ciudad de La Paz.

EL ROL:

Administrar el almacén en el registro y control de ingreso y salida de insumos, repuestos, servicios para el sector de taller, y así mismo, atender a los requerimientos materiales de los técnicos del taller.

Atender los requerimientos de garantía que se presenten en el taller, cumpliendo las políticas de garantía, completar y enviar las consultas de garantía a los RTI del distribuidor y gestionar sean autorizadas.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Administrar de manera eficiente el stock de insumos, materiales, herramientas y repuestos del almacén bajo un estricto control de ingresos y salidas de los mismos
  • Planificar y gestionar las compras de insumos y repuestos necesarios para el taller mediante contacto y solicitudes a proveedores
  • Coordinar con el Jefe de Repuestos el registro y codificación en el sistema, de insumos y herramientas para mantenimiento en el almacén
  • Controlar y mantener un registro actualizado de las entregas de repuestos, insumos y herramientas al taller.
  • Controlar que se realice la actualización de precios en sistema de los insumos para venta final
  • Efectuar el inventario de insumos y repuestos del almacén mediante la revisión física y en sistema para corroborar el stock existente y el requerido de solicitar
  • Efectuar el control de rendiciones de Caja Chica por compras de insumos o repuestos realizados por el comprador
  • Gestionar correctamente las garantías que se presenten en taller, según la política de garantías y con los respectivos respaldos.
  • Mantener el inventario de los repuestos cambiados en garantía, según política del distribuidor, para su posterior devolución y destrucción.
  • Gestionar la realización de los recall de acuerdo a las comunicaciones de los fabricantes; cumpliendo con el registro de estos casos y enviar la consulta al RTI de la marca.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico, Mecánico o carrera afín
  • Manejo de sistema SAP y CRM (Avanzado)
  • Conducción Vehicular (Alto)
  • Conocimiento en repuestos y en control de inventario (Intermedio)
  • Manejo de Montacargas
  • Experiencia general mínima de 4 años en puestos del área mecánica
  • Experiencia específica mínima de 2 años mínimo con Encargado de almacén de preferencia en el sector automotriz
