Hoe ziet een job als IT Business Partner Supply Chain er bij ons uit?

Als IT Business Partner Supply Chain ben je de schakel tussen de After Sales afdeling en onze technologische oplossingen. Je vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar doeltreffende IT oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe applicaties en tools efficiënt worden uitgerold en geadopteerd binnen de organisatie.

Je begeleidt lokale projecten van begin tot eind en draagt actief bij aan een uniforme aanpak over de verschillende teams heen. Dankzij jouw sterke focus op procesoptimalisatie, coördinatie en projectuitvoering, versterk je de operationele efficiëntie en geef je mee vorm aan de digitale transformatie van Astara.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Sturen en optimaliseren van logistieke processen gelinkt aan spare parts zoals stockbeheer, aankoop, verkoop en integratie met 3PL’s
  • Coördineren van IT projecten, van initiatie tot implementatie, in nauwe samenwerking met key users in aftersales, sales en finance.
  • Beheren van de project backlog, inclusief prioriteitsstelling, opvolging van status en rapportering aan de relevante stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen van systeemupgrades en veranderingen, inclusief functionele analyse, testen, documentatie en kennisoverdracht.
  • Expertise bieden in SAP en SalesForce, met focus op integratie van logistieke en warranty processen.
  • Bewaken van de gebruikerservaring, inclusief ondersteuning bij incidentopvolging, interfaces en procesanalyses.
  • Adviseren van de business over technologische mogelijkheden en vertalen van complexe requirements naar haalbare IT oplossingen.
  • Bijdragen aan de digitale transformatie door middel van standaardisatie, procesharmonisatie en integratie van cloudoplossingen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan internationale samenwerking, met focus op alle landen en merken.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Bachelor of master diploma in Business, Economische Wetenschappen of IT
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met SAP (ECC 6.0) - SAP MM/SD/WM. Kennis van SalesForce is een plus.
  • Kennis van integratietools is een plus.
  • Consultatieve mindset: proactief, zelfstandig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (vereist); Duits en Spaans vormen een troef.
  • Kennis van agile én klassieke projectmethodologieën.
  • Ervaring in de automotive sector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen (tot 10%).
