Buscamos un(a) Jefe(a) de Servicio para liderar integralmente la operación de nuestro taller de Chaperío y Pintura, asegurando una gestión eficiente, rentable y orientada a la excelencia en la reparación y entrega de vehículos.

Será responsable de planificar, dirigir y supervisar al equipo de taller, mecánicos y asesores de servicio, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, productividad, seguridad y tiempos de reparación.

Asimismo, tendrá a su cargo la coordinación con compañías de seguros, peritos, proveedores y clientes, asegurando una gestión ágil de los procesos y una experiencia de servicio que contribuya a la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Liderar la operación integral del taller de Chaperío y Pintura, asegurando productividad, calidad y cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Dirigir y desarrollar al equipo técnico y de asesores de servicio, optimizando recursos y cargas de trabajo.
  • Gestionar la relación con compañías de seguros, dando seguimiento a presupuestos, autorizaciones y reparaciones.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos, operativos y de seguridad establecidos por la empresa y las marcas.
  • Monitorear KPIs de operación, productividad, facturación, tiempos de reparación y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Gestionar casos críticos y reclamos, asegurando una experiencia de servicio de excelencia.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora para fortalecer la eficiencia y rentabilidad del taller.

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Automotriz o carreras afines.
  • 5+ años de experiencia liderando talleres automotrices, idealmente en Chaperío y Pintura.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y asesores de servicio.
  • Experiencia en gestión con compañías de seguros.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de Chaperío, Pintura y reparación de vehículos.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en KPIs, productividad, costos y gestión de operaciones.
  • Orientación a resultados, liderazgo, capacidad de negociación y fuerte orientación al cliente.
  • Manejo de Excel y sistemas de gestión. SAP será valorado.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
