DESCRIÇÃO DE VAGA – GERENTE DE LOJA

Descrição da vaga – Atividades e rotina

Responsável pela gestão geral da loja, garantindo a excelência operacional, o desenvolvimento da equipe e o atingimento dos resultados comerciais.

Principais atividades:

* Gerenciar a operação diária da loja, garantindo o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.

* Liderar, desenvolver, acompanhar e motivar a equipe de vendas.

* Monitorar diariamente os indicadores comerciais: faturamento, ticket médio (TM), peças por atendimento (PA) e conversão.

* Elaborar estratégias para impulsionar as vendas e superar os resultados.

* Realizar reuniões, feedbacks e treinamentos com a equipe.

* Acompanhar o desempenho individual das vendedoras e desenvolver planos de melhoria.

* Garantir a excelência no atendimento e na experiência de compra dos clientes.

* Supervisionar organização, limpeza, reposição e controle de estoque.

* Garantir a execução dos padrões de Visual Merchandising (VM) da marca.

* Acompanhar escalas, pontualidade, produtividade e cumprimento dos processos internos.

* Desenvolver ações de relacionamento, fidelização e pós-venda.

Requisitos obrigatórios e desejáveis

Obrigatórios:

* Experiência mínima de 2 anos em gestão no varejo.

* Experiência com liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.

* Vivência com metas e indicadores comerciais.

* Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de gestão.

* Perfil proativo, comprometido e orientado para resultados.

Desejáveis:

* Experiência no segmento de moda e vestuário.

* Conhecimento em Visual Merchandising.

* Experiência com treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes.

* Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão e controle de estoque.

Experiência profissional

Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em gestão no varejo, preferencialmente como gerente ou subgerente de loja.

Formação

* Ensino médio completo obrigatório.

* Ensino superior completo ou cursando Gestão Comercial, Administração ou áreas correlatas será um diferencial.

Salário e remuneração variável

Comissão sobre as vendas da loja, conforme atingimento das metas:

Atingimento da meta Comissão

Abaixo de 80% da meta 1%

De 80% até abaixo de 100% 1,5%

Atingimento de 100% da meta 2%

Atingimento da supermeta 2,5%

Atingimento da Big Meta 3%

Os critérios e as faixas de atingimento da supermeta e da Big Meta serão definidos conforme a política comercial da empresa.

* Salário compa´tivel com a vaga, ajuda de custo para transporte ou vale-transporte, conforme política da empresa e legislação aplicável.

9. Horário e escala de trabalho

* Escala 6x1, com uma folga semanal.

* Jornada de até 8 horas diárias, respeitando o limite de 44 horas semanais.

* Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário de funcionamento do shopping.

* Disponibilidade para finais de semana e feriados, conforme escala.

* Intervalo para refeição e descanso conforme legislação vigente.

* Horários definidos de acordo com a necessidade da operação e a convenção coletiva aplicável.
