Local de trabalho: São José dos Campos / Jacareí – SP Regime de contratação: CLT Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h, com 1h15 de intervalo para almoço. Salário: R$ 3.143,56

Principais atividades

  • Demonstrar os produtos, conhecer suas características e esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes;
  • Realizar a entrega de equipamentos, materiais, produtos e documentos conforme as solicitações;
  • Instalar e programar equipamentos dos fornecedores selecionados, de linhas líquidas e/ou sólidas, nas instalações dos clientes;
  • Verificar e ajustar vazões, alterar parâmetros e auxiliar na configuração de sistemas automatizados;
  • Prestar assistência técnica, incluindo troca de componentes, como mangueiras Silastic e válvulas de pé, além de solucionar vazamentos;
  • Auxiliar em pequenos reparos emergenciais;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas de clientes e consultores de vendas sobre os equipamentos e seu funcionamento;
  • Levantar informações técnicas para aquisição de peças de reposição e manutenção;
  • Auxiliar nas vendas realizadas por telefone;
  • Elaborar relatórios de atendimentos, visitas e assistências técnicas;
  • Transportar materiais, produtos, documentos e cargas utilizando veículos da empresa;
  • Realizar pagamentos e recebimentos, quando solicitado;
  • Elaborar relatórios de viagens e rotas;
  • Prestar contas das despesas com veículo, alimentação e eventuais pernoites;
  • Organizar e encaminhar comprovantes de entrega, canhotos e notas fiscais de clientes e fornecedores;
  • Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e segurança do veículo, providenciando manutenções básicas e pequenos reparos;
  • Cumprir as normas de trânsito e os procedimentos de segurança;
  • Treinar novos profissionais da equipe, quando solicitado;
  • Executar outras atividades relacionadas ao cargo, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Conhecimento no segmento de equipamentos dosadores e diluidores de produtos químicos para limpeza, inclusive para lavanderias;
  • Conhecimento da legislação aplicável à função;
  • CNH categoria B, C e/ou D, compatível com o veículo utilizado, com EAR (Exerce Atividade Remunerada);
  • Residir em São José dos Campos ou Jacareí – SP;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de elétrica e manutenção de equipamentos.
