Für unser Finance Operations Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt dich als Buchhalter/in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für 15-20h pro Woche.

Standort & Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid in München (1 Tag pro Woche in Präsenz im Münchner Büro)

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Übernahme von Tätigkeiten in der Fondsadministration
  • Enge Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern wie Anwälten, Notaren und Steuerberatern
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung)
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung offener Posten und des Mahnwesens
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung buchhalterischer Differenzen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Fund-Reporting

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Accounting-Team, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Steuerberatungskanzlei oder einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Bilanzen, Steuern, Liquiditätsmanagement und Kapitalanlagen
  • Souveräner Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern wie Steuerberatern und Anwälten sowie grundlegendes rechtliches Wissen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
  • Verfügbarkeit für 15-20h pro Woche
