DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Fonds-Administration und Unterstützung im Deal-Geschäft
  • Unterstützung in der Investorenkommunikation z.B. rund um Kapitalabrufe und Reporting-Anliegen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern (Anwälte, Notare, Steuerberater, etc.)
  • Vollumfängliche Unterstützung beim Fund-Reporting
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Zuständigkeit für das Cash Management ausgewählter Fond-Gesellschaften
  • Aufbau neuer Reportingstrukturen und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung dieser
  • Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesslandschaft

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abschluss mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Ausbildung im Bereich Steuerfach)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Finance, Accounting oder Controlling von einer Wirtschaftsprüfung-, Steuerberatungskanzlei oder einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen (idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Private Equity oder Venture Capital)
  • Gutes Verständnis von Bilanzen, Steuern, Liquiditätsmanagement und Kapitalanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertungsprozessen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Dienstleistern wie z.B. Steuerberatern und Anwälten sowie grundlegende rechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1+)
