Deine Tätigkeit

Während Deines Praktikums bei einem AUCTUS Portfoliounternehmen lernst Du in 8-12 Wochen die spannende Welt von mittelständischen und Private Equity geführten Unternehmen kennen und kannst in diesem Rahmen u.a.

  • Eigenständig potenzielle Unternehmenszukäufe analysieren
  • Bei der Due Diligence und dem Erwerb von neuen Beteiligungen unterstützen
  • Bei der Konzeption und Optimierung von unternehmensinternen Prozessen mitarbeiten
  • Die strategische Entwicklung unserer Portfoliounternehmen mitgestalten

Du wirst das Praktikum in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung des AUCTUS Portfoliounternehmens und dem Investment Teammitglied von AUCTUS absolvieren. Während dieser Zeit wird Dich ein Mentor betreuen, der gemeinsam mit Dir Deine Erfahrungen reflektiert und Dir wertvolle Impulse für Deine fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung gibt.

Dein Profil

  • Bachelorstudium mind. im 5. Semester oder Masterstudium mit einem kaufmännischen, technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund an einer renommierten Universität/Business School
  • Erste Praktika bei Unternehmen in den Bereichen Private Equity, Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Investmentbanking
  • Gute Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Bilanz-, GuV, Cashflow-Analyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise und Mittelstandsaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
