DEINE ROLLE:

Als Referent der Geschäftsführung arbeitest Du direkt mit dem CEO der Häussermann-Gruppe zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die strategisch wichtigsten Projekte des Unternehmens. Du verbindest analytisches Denken mit Umsetzungsstärke und bringst Themen quer durch die Organisation voran – von der Markt- und Pricing-Analyse bis hin zur Optimierung der Kostenpositionen.

Es erwartet Dich eine steile Lernkurve mit direktem Zugang zur Geschäftsführung und zum Investor (AUCTUS), echter unternehmerischer Verantwortung von Tag eins und der Möglichkeit, in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen mit privaten Eigentümern wirkliche Hebel zu bewegen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung strategischer Projekte direkt für den CEO
  • Analyse und Optimierung der P&L-Positionen – von Umsatz/Pricing über Materialaufwand und Logistik bis zu Personal- und Energiekosten
  • Aufbau von Frühindikatoren und Reportings (z. B. Rohstoffpreis-Korrelation, Teuerungszuschlags-Automatik)
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für den CEO, den Beirat und den Investor
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Geschäftsführung, kaufmännischer Leitung und operativen Bereichen
  • Mitwirkung an strategischen Themen wie ERP-Erneuerung, M&A/Zukäufen und Organisationsentwicklung

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Sehr gut abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling, Strategie oder vergleichbar – idealerweise von einer renommierten Universität
  • Erste Erfahrung durch anspruchsvolle Praktika im Bereich Strategieberatung, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Industrie-Controlling oder Inhouse Consulting
  • Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten, exzellente Excel-/PowerPoint-Skills und Freude an datengetriebenem Arbeiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke – Du kannst Themen treiben und Menschen mitnehmen
  • Strukturierte und klare Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen (Werkshalle bis Geschäftsführung)
  • Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Much/ Köln (NRW) zu arbeiten und das Unternehmen wirklich kennenzulernen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
