Deine Tätigkeiten:

Während Deines Praktikums bei AUCTUS lernst Du in 8-12 Wochen die spannende Private Equity Welt kennen und kannst in diesem Rahmen

  • Eigenständig potenzielle Zielmärkte und -unternehmen identifizieren und analysieren
  • Unsere Investment Professionals bei der Due Diligence von potenziellen neuen Beteiligungen unterstützen
  • Die finanzielle Analyse und Modellierung von Zielunternehmen durchführen
  • Bei der Erstellung von Investment Proposals mitwirken
  • Die strategische Entwicklung unserer Portfoliounternehmen mitgestalten

Du wirst während dieser Zeit von einem Mentor betreut, der gemeinsam mit Dir Deine Erfahrungen reflektiert und Dir wertvolle Impulse für Deine fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung gibt.

Deine Perspektive:

Aufgrund der hohen Anzahl von 20 bis 30 neuen Beteiligungen pro Jahr erhältst Du bei AUCTUS die Chance, direkt an laufenden Transaktionen mitzuarbeiten und Deal Erfahrung zu sammeln. Herausragende Kandidaten, die uns während des Praktikums besonders begeistert haben, erhalten nach Abschluss des Praktikums das Angebot für einen Berufseinstieg als Private Equity Analyst bei AUCTUS.

Dein Profil:

  • Bachelorstudium mind. im 5. Semester oder Masterstudium mit einem kaufmännischen, technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund an einer renommierten Universität/Business School
  • Durchgehend sehr gute bis herausragende akademische Leistungen
  • Erste Praktika bei Unternehmen in den Bereichen Private Equity, Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Investmentbanking
  • Gute Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Bilanz-, GuV, Cashflow-Analyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise und Mittelstandsaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
