The posting

Zur Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung unserer deutschlandweit ansässigen Portfoliounternehmen suchen wir laufend erfahrene Interim CFOs (m/w/d), die sowohl in der Buchhaltung als auch im Controlling zuhause sind und uns auf dem Weg Digitalisierung und Optimierung begleiteten.

Ihre Tätigkeit

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Finanzen, Controlling, Buchhaltung, Treasury und Berichtswesen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Finanzstrategie zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele.
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß HGB und/oder IFRS.
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines präzisen, aussagekräftigen Reportings und KPIs.
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting und Liquiditätsmanagement.
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und IT-Systemen (z. B. ERP).
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für externe Stakeholder wie Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater.
  • Unterstützung bei strategischen Initiativen wie M&A-Projekten oder Marktexpansionen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen und dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung (HGB, IFRS), Controlling und Finanzplanung.
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen und der Implementierung von Finanz- und ERP-Systemen.
  • Strategisches Denken gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken.
