DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Identifikation, Prüfung und Strukturierung von Investments in Erneuerbare-Energien-Projekte (u. a. Solar, Wind, Speicher) entlang unterschiedlicher Projektphasen (Development, Ready-to-Build, Bau, in Betrieb)
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Financial-Modeling- und Bewertungsarbeiten (Projekt-Cashflows, Renditekennzahlen, Sensitivitäten) als Entscheidungsgrundlage
  • Steuerung der Due-Diligence-Prozesse (technisch, regulatorisch, kaufmännisch) inkl. Koordination externer Berater und Gutachter
  • Verhandlung und Strukturierung von Transaktionen (SPAs, PPAs, Projektfinanzierungen) bis zum Financial Close
  • Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Projekte/Transaktionen gleichzeitig mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern (Entwickler, Banken, Berater, Behörden)
  • Laufendes Monitoring und aktive Weiterentwicklung bestehender Projektinvestments nach Signing/Closing
  • Erstellung von Investment-Vorlagen und Entscheidungspapieren für das Investment Committee

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Circa 4-10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, davon in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Restrukturierungserfahrung M&A (Beratung, Corporate Development oder Investmentbank) Investment Management in Private Equity
  • Erfahrung im Energiesektor ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsstärke – „Ärmel hochkrempeln“ statt reine Konzeptarbeit
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten (Financial Modeling, Business-Case-Erstellung)
  • Selbstständige, pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Deutschkenntnisse sind wichtig (kein Muttersprachler-Niveau erforderlich)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
