Deine Tätigkeit

  • Sei Teil des Senior Managements und verantworte die Bereiche Accounting, Controlling und Treasury
  • Leite strategische und operative Prozesse, u.a. Zukäufe, die Professionalisierung der Finanzabteilung durch die Einführung von Finanz-Software-Produkten und die Durchführung von Exits
  • Verantworte das Monats- und Quartals-Reporting (für Geschäftsführung, Banken und Gesellschafter)
  • Erstelle Jahresabschlüsse, Budgetpläne und Forecasts
  • Sei die Schnittstelle zu Investor:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit einem kaufmännischen Hintergrund
  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Praktika und erste Berufserfahrung (2-5 Jahre) zum Beispiel bei Unternehmen in den Bereichen Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder in mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Tiefe Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzen und Controlling
  • Hands-on Mentalität, unternehmerische Denkweise und Mittelstandsaffinität
  • Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
