DEINE AUFGABEN:

Du bist als rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung Teil des Leadership Teams und treibst strategische und operative Projekte eigenverantwortlich voran:

• M&A / Buy-and-Build: Du baust unsere Akquisitionspipeline auf und aus – von der systematischen Identifikation und Priorisierung von Zielunternehmen über Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherche bis zur Erstansprache; Du unterstützt Due-Diligence-Prozesse, Unternehmensbewertungen (Financial Modelling) und die Integration abgeschlossener Zukäufe

• Ausschreibungen / Tender Management: Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Tender-Geschäfts– Kalkulation und Pricing von Angeboten, Aufbau einer regionalen Wettbewerbs- und Kundendatenbank (Werkstätten, Förderschulen, Kommunen) sowie die zunehmende Digitalisierung und Automatisierung des Bidding-Prozesses (u. a. mit KI-gestützten Tools)

• Finance & Controlling: Du unterstützt den Aufbau professioneller Reporting-, Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse, einer rollierenden Liquiditätsplanung sowie eines transparenten Fuhrpark-Controllings (Fahrzeug-Lebenszyklus, Capex, Auslastung)

• Strategie & Business Development: Du arbeitest an Wachstumsinitiativen wie dem Aufbau neuer Geschäftsfelder (z. B. Pflege- und Krankenfahrten), der Weiterentwicklung der Gruppenorganisation und -marke sowie an Markteintritts- und Expansionsanalysen

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit kaufmännischem, technischem oder naturwissenschaftlichem Hintergrund an einer renommierten Universität/Business School
  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Praktika und/oder erste Berufserfahrung (1–3 Jahre), z. B. in Private Equity, Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Investment Banking oder in mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Affinität zu Bilanz-, GuV- und Cashflow-Analyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint; Interesse an Digitalisierung, Datenanalyse und KI-gestützten Tools ist ein Plus
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, Macher-Mentalität und Mittelstandsaffinität – Du willst nicht nur analysieren, sondern umsetzen und bist bereit, auch vor Ort beim Kunden und im operativen Geschäft anzupacken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Führerschein Klasse B und regionale Reisebereitschaft (Kunden- und Standortbesuche in NRW)
