Deine Tätigkeiten

  • Du bist als rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung Teil des Leadership Teams
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Unternehmenskäufe und operative Tätigkeiten in den Portfoliounternehmen
  • Du arbeitest an strategischen und operativen Projekten im Bereich Finanzen, Unternehmenssteuerung, Business Development und Transaktionen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit einem kaufmännischen, technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund an einer renommierten Universität/Business School
  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Praktika und/oder erste Berufserfahrung (1-3 Jahre) zum Beispiel bei Unternehmen in den Bereichen Private Equity, Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Investmentbanking oder in mittelständischen Unternehmen.
  • Affinität zu den Bereichen Bilanz-, GuV, Cashflow-Analyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, Macher-Mentalität und Mittelstandsaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
