The posting

Dans le cadre de son développement, un acteur reconnu du secteur des solutions d’impression et de communication visuelle renforce son équipe technique et recherche un(e) Expert(e) Technique Confirmé(e) spécialisé(e) en impression numérique grand format.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à la division dédiée aux solutions VISCOM, vous intervenez sur des missions techniques à forte valeur ajoutée :

  • Installation et mise en service d’équipements d’impression grand format chez les clients : montage, paramétrage et calibration des machines.
  • Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs : prise en main des équipements et logiciels associés, démonstrations techniques, participation ponctuelle à des événements ou salons professionnels.
  • Support technique avancé : diagnostic à distance, hotline et interventions de dépannage en lien avec le service client.
  • Contribution au développement commercial : appui technique auprès des équipes commerciales lors de présentations ou démonstrations produits.
  • Transmission des connaissances : formation des équipes internes aux technologies, produits et argumentaires techniques.
  • Veille technologique et analyse du marché : remontées terrain, benchmark concurrentiel.
  • Relations techniques avec les fournisseurs afin de maintenir un haut niveau d’expertise sur les solutions proposées.

Profil recherché

Issu(e) d’une formation technique (imprimerie, industries graphiques, infographie industrielle…), vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée d’au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de l’impression numérique grand format.

Vous maîtrisez notamment :

  • la gestion de la colorimétrie (profils ICC)
  • les logiciels RIP du marché : Caldera, Onyx, EFI, VersaWorks
  • idéalement, des outils de découpe CAD / CAM ou DAO

Reconnu(e) pour votre expertise technique, votre autonomie et votre capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes, vous possédez également un excellent sens du service client et une vraie sensibilité commerciale.
