Auria es un proveedor global líder de sistemas altamente ingenierizados para pisos automotrices, soluciones acústicas, térmicas, aerodinámicas y otras soluciones basadas en fibras para vehículos de gasolina y eléctricos. Con sede operativa en Southfield, Michigan, EE. UU., Auria opera 16 plantas de fabricación, 9 centros técnicos y 5 ubicaciones de empresas conjuntas en 10 países y emplea aproximadamente a 3,900 personas en todo el mundo.

Estamos buscando LIDERES DE PRODUCCION que gestionen los recursos humanos y materiales asignados al área de trabajo, buscando que los productos fabricados cumplan con los requerimientos de calidad, cantidad y tiempo solicitados, apegándose a los procedimientos, políticas y reglas de la planta.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Asignar responsabilidades a los equipos de producción de acuerdo a la identificación de habilidades .

Coordinar y controlar los recursos implicados, como el personal, maquinaria y materiales necesarios para producir de forma eficiente.

Garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de producción a través de dirigir y supervisar al equipo de trabajo desde la planificación, programación hasta la entrega final de los productos.

Desarrollar informes sobre la eficiencia productiva, desperdicios, tiempos, etc.

Asegurar que el producto cumple con los estándares de calidad requeridos.

Crear estrategias de mejora continua para aumentar la eficiencia productiva y optimizar los procesos

Realizar auditorías y asegurar la ejecución del mantenimiento autónomo de las líneas de producción a su cargo.

Asegurar la ejecución de los cambios de modelo de acuerdo con lo planeado, involucrando las áreas de soporte que se requieran.

Garantizar que todo su personal a carga cumpla con las políticas de la empresa con especial énfasis en seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad.

CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES

  • 2 años de experiencia en industria automotriz en ideal
  • Manejo de personal y resolución de conflictos
  • Manejo de documentación en piso: hojas de proceso, instrucciones de trabajo, etc
  • Enfoque a resultados con calidad
  • Capacidad de influir en el comportamiento de su equipo
  • Comunicación asertiva
  • Habilidad para trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos
  • Manejo de office
