Als Tourguide begleitest du Gäste auf mehrtägigen Fahrerlebnis-Reisen mit hochwertigen Fahrzeugen im Premium Segment entlang ausgewählter Strecken & Destinationen. Du führst dabei den Konvoi sicher durchs Programm und trägst gleichzeitig die Verantwortung für das Gästeerlebnis rund um die Fahrt in Abstimmung mit deinem Projektmanagement Team: Empfang, Betreuung, Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Ablaufes des Rahmenprogramms.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fahrzeugübernahme, -kontrolle und -aufbereitung vor Tourbeginn
  • Empfang, Begrüßung und Briefing der Gäste zu Beginn der Reise
  • Sichere Führung des Konvois über die geplante Route, inkl. Zeit- und Pausenmanagement
  • Betreuung während Rahmenprogramm, Restaurantbesuchen und Abendveranstaltungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste bei Fragen, Sonderwünschen und in Ausnahmesituationen
  • Dokumentation nach Tourende (Schadensmeldungen, Spesenbelege, Event Feedback) und Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement-Team

Dein Profil

  • Ausgeprägtes Gastgeber-Gen: echtes Interesse an Menschen und Gespür für ihre Bedürfnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit und hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
  • Umsichtig und aufmerksam, auch wenn sich der Tagesablauf mal spontan ändert
  • Flexibel& belastbar genug, um vor Ort eigenständig zu entscheiden - und einzuschätzen, wann Rücksprache mit dem Projektmanagement-Team sinnvoller ist
  • Gepflegtes, souveränes Erscheinungsbild, dezent statt aufdringlich
  • Kommunikationsstark, auch vor internationalem und mehrsprachigem Publikum

Qualifikation & Voraussetzungen

  • Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B, mehrjährige Fahrpraxis, sicherer und vorausschauender Fahrstil
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse und Interesse im automobilen Bereich, idealerweise zu Fahrzeugtechnik und -konzepten
  • Gute geografische Kenntnisse Europas sowie sicheres Streckenfinden und Routing, auch abseits digitaler Navigation
  • Erfahrung im Tourismus-, Event- oder Gastgewerbe von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu mehrtägigen, auch internationalen Einsätzen inkl. Wochenenden
  • Erste-Hilfe-Kurs vorhanden oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
