Arabic-speaking Customer Service Advisor – Social Media Advertising Lisbon, Portugal · On-site · Full-time · Relocation Available

Role Overview We are hiring Arabic-speaking professionals to support users of a major social media advertising platform. You will assist advertisers with account issues, campaign management, billing questions and policy guidance, ensuring a clear, efficient and high‑quality support experience.

Work Location On-site in Lisbon Modern facilities with full onboarding support

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve issues related to ads, accounts, payments and access Assist users in understanding advertising policies and platform guidelines Troubleshoot technical problems affecting ad creation, delivery, billing or performance Guide users through platform tools and features Provide accurate and customer‑friendly solutions via email, chat and phone Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure proper documentation Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality standards

Requirements

C2 Arabic and B2 English fluency (required) Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory) Degree in Marketing or related field Experience in Digital Marketing Previous experience in Contact Centre or Advertising Tech support Strong understanding of social media products and digital advertising basics Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team

Work Schedule

Initial phase: Monday to Sunday 07:00–19:00 Two shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00

Later phase (TBC): 24/7 rotational shifts 2 rotating days off

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 920€ (14 months) Welcome bonus: 1,000€ paid in 12 monthly instalments Meal allowance: 7.63€ net per working day Attendance bonus: 40€ (11 months) Quarter bonus: included Paid training Relocation support:
