Locatie: Athene, Griekenland (alleen kandidaten die al in Griekenland wonen)

Werkmodel: On‑site gedurende de eerste 9 weken; daarna kan thuiswerken worden overwogen op basis van prestaties

Werkuren: Ma–Zo, tussen 08:00 en 00:00

Salaris: €1.500 bruto per maand

Over de functie

We zoeken Nederlandstalige Customer Support Agents die al in Griekenland wonen en zin hebben in een rol met een beetje zomerjob‑gevoel: een internationale omgeving, een levendige stad en dagelijks contact met reizigers en klanten.

De eerste 9 weken werk je volledig op kantoor in Athene. Daarna kan thuiswerken worden toegestaan, afhankelijk van je resultaten en je algemene inzet.

Wat je gaat doen

Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, e‑mail en chat

Vragen beantwoorden over boekingen, wijzigingen en algemene informatie

Een vriendelijke, professionele en oplossingsgerichte service bieden

Samenwerken met interne teams om de klantervaring te verbeteren

Wat we vragen

Nederlands op C2‑niveau

Engels op professioneel niveau

Je woont al in Griekenland (verplicht)

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte houding

Bereidheid om in een flexibel rooster te werken
