Nous recrutons deux Customer Service Associates pour rejoindre une équipe internationale à Dublin. Les candidats sélectionnés seront responsables du support client, de la gestion des demandes et de la garantie d'une expérience utilisateur fluide et professionnelle.

Responsabilités principales

  • Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs par email, chat ou téléphone.
  • Identifier les besoins, résoudre les problèmes et assurer un suivi précis.
  • Maintenir une communication claire, professionnelle et orientée client.
  • Enregistrer les informations dans les systèmes internes.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes internationales et respecter les procédures internes.

Exigences obligatoires

  • Français C2 (maîtrise totale) — indispensable pour ce poste.
  • Anglais B2 minimum.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et international.
  • Résider déjà à Dublin (condition obligatoire).
