Customer Support Agent – English & Dutch

Overview

Avec is looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international project in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support in English and Dutch and ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key Information

Work Model: On-site

Schedule: 08:00 – 18:00

Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00

Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month

Relocation: Not included – only local candidates in Lisbon can be considered

About the Position

In this role, you will assist customers through phone, email, and chat, helping them with inquiries and providing clear, efficient solutions. You will be part of an international team and work within a fast‑paced environment.

Fluency in English

Fluency in Dutch

Additional Information

Performance bonus: 100.00 €

Language bonus: 150.00 €

Hybrid work model available after the first 3 months, depending on performance.
