Customer Support for Social Media Dutch Speaker

Location: Lisbon (on-site)

What to Expect

Join a motivated and dynamic support team and contribute to the success of one of the worlds most influential social media platforms. Your mission is to ensure an excellent customer experience while supporting business users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist high-level clients across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for digital marketing users.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for online advertising tools.
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and ad delivery errors.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and offer solutions to improve campaign performance.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • C2-level Dutch (spoken and written).
  • English B2 level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid EU work permit or Portuguese residency authorization.
