À propos du poste Nous recherchons un Account Executive francophone basé à Madrid pour gérer l'intégralité du cycle de vente de solutions digitales innovantes. Ce rôle hybride exige une solide expérience commerciale, une excellente communication et une grande aisance avec le cold calling, les objectifs hebdomadaires et la performance orientée KPI.

Informations supplémentaires Environ 4 semaines de formation 100 % sur site à Madrid Objectif mensuel de commission : 600 €, avec multiplicateurs (x1, x1.3, x2, x3) Bonus trimestriel : si la moyenne dépasse 150 %, tout le trimestre passe au multiplicateur x3 Évolution interne : AE2 (35 000 €) et AE3 (40 000 €) Contrat permanent 22 jours de congés annuels + jours supplémentaires entre le 24 et le 31 décembre + vendredis après‑midi libres Avantages bureau : fruits, snacks, déjeuners mensuels, avantages flexibles, prime de cooptation Modèle hybride accessible après avoir atteint 70 % des objectifs Après la formation : environ 1 visite sur site par mois, frais de déplacement pris en charge Dates de début : 07/09/2026, 05/10/2026, 02/11/2026

Profil recherché Français courant ou bilingue Résider déjà en Espagne 1 à 6 ans d'expérience commerciale (BDR, SDR, outbound, call center) Excellentes compétences en cold calling et orientation KPI

Responsabilités Gérer le cycle de vente complet Mener des rendez‑vous clients et gérer les périodes d'essai Transférer les comptes à l'équipe Customer Experience Travailler avec des leads attribués automatiquement Réaliser 80–100 appels par jour Atteindre les KPI : appels, démos, conversions essai‑vers‑payant, MRR Objectifs de montée en charge : M0 0 %, M1 0 %, M2 30 %, M3 60 %, M4 100 %
